• How do you determine your rate? Rates depend on the amount of work that goes into the project. Being a video editor for 10 years, I'm extremely efficient. My rate is a combination of the time I put into the project plus its level of complexity.

• What kind of videos you edit? Yes, videos can be as short as 20 seconds or as long as a 2-3 hour podcast. I can make shorts, longer videos, explainer-style videos, AI videos, vlog-style, talking head, education, entertainment, professional. It really doesn't matter.

• Do I need to provide you footage? It depends on your project. If you're going to be in the videos, then yes.

• How long will it take to receive my videos? It depends on the project. For simple projects allow 48 hours. For more complex projects the time requirements could be 3-7 days.

• How will you deliver my videos? We send them via WeTransfer, which is a safe and effective service we've been using for many years. You'll receive them to your email as zip file that you can download. You can send us your footage in the same way, use Google drive, or send a Zip file.

• How do you collect payment? We'll email you an invoice after the videos are delivered. Payment can be made via stripe, venmo, paypal or zelle. For first time customers, a 50% deposit is required.

• Is there a refund policy? Since all videos are custom-made we cannot offer refunds. However, if you are not satisfied with your video, I'll revise it to your satisfaction within limits. But I think you'll be very happy with our results.

• Are you a legitimate company? Yes, our official company name is CJ Walner Productions Inc and we're located in Florida. You can find us on SunBiz.org.
